Yespark, the French reference platform for long-term parking, announces the acquisition of Zenpark, a pioneer
in short-term parking reservations. The two brands and platforms will continue to coexist under the common governance of Yespark Group, which is now firmly established as the leading digital parking operator in France and a key player in the French Tech mobility sector.

Profitable since its inception 11 years ago and experiencing strong growth (+35% per year), Yespark has become the leading provider of long-term parking, with over 40,000 subscribers using the service daily. The company also manages 80,000 parking spots entrusted by social landlords and commercial real estate players to optimize their vacant
assets.

With the addition of Zenpark's 20,000 parking spaces to its offering, Yespark Group now manages and operates a total of 100,000 spaces across 6,000 parking facilities in over 700 cities in France, Italy, and Belgium. The company meets all parking needs for drivers, from short-term to long-term parking, while also providing optimization and digitalization solutions for parking owners, serving a city that is becoming increasingly mobile and sustainable.

This strategic acquisition was made possible thanks to the support of Yespark’s long-standing investors (Banque des Territoires, Ring Capital, Founders Future, Sofiouest), who are contributing to the financing of the operation following the company’s 2022 fundraising.

Yespark Group is now positioned as a major player in French Tech within the mobility sector. As the leader in digital parking, the Group combines profitability and ambition, with an annual revenue of €50 million in 2024 and strong growth prospects.
