Ecodrop investment from Amundi

France's leading player in the digital and environmental transition of the construction waste sector strengthens its investment capacity with Amundi

Ecodrop strengthens its investment capacity through an equity transaction with Amundi, which becomes a new investor in Ecodrop by taking over from Turenne Groupe, which has held a stake in the company for the past three years.

Founded in 2017 by Marie Combarieu and Rémi Calmel, Ecodrop offers agile, eco-friendly waste collection and recycling solutions to all those involved in the building industry (craftsmen, SMEs and construction players).

Amundi, Ecodrop's financial partner since December 2020, has confirmed its commitment to the company by becoming a shareholder. The €6 million deal will enable the company to finance its continued development, while ensuring the liquidity of Turenne Groupe, which acquired a stake in Ecodrop at the end of 2020. Ecodrop is currently the only player able to offer a full range of construction waste management services, throughout France, on all types of sites, with a single access point. Since 2023, Ecodrop has also been providing its services in the EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) sector. This was set up in response to the AGEC law (anti-waste law for a circular economy, Feb. 2020) as a contract holder for the leading eco-organisation Valobat to manage waste collection points at distributors in the Greater Paris region.
