Ariane Systems is thrilled to join Vertus Group, a division of Jonas Hospitality. With over 20 years of expertise and over 3,000 installations across 29 countries, Ariane is the market leader in self-check-in and out technology solutions for the hospitality industry.

With this acquisition, Ariane becomes part of Jonas Hospitality, a family of technology brands under Vertus Group that provides innovative, tailored solutions to address the critical business needs of hotels, resorts, and spas across all industry segments. It is the second hospitality technology acquisition announced by Vertus in 2025, demonstrating the group's dedication to growing the vertical.
