From the outset of my higher education, I developed a strong interest in corporate finance and entrepreneurship during an internship at Quadrille, a specialist in Venture Capital and Growth Equity. I was immediately drawn to the personalities of
entrepreneurs, their innovative spirit and their audacity. While working on a direct investment, I got a taste for transactions and their human, strategic, and technical dimensions. This naturally led me to pursue a career in M&A, where these pivotal moments in a company’s life are coordinated and managed.
During my master’s in finance at ESSEC, I aimed to secure an internship at an investment bank dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs. A conversation with a professor introduced me to the unique positioning of Cambon Partners in the financial ecosystem, and the idea of joining the firm quickly became obvious. In January 2023, I was fortunate to join the team as an intern. I soon realized the crucial role transactions play in the lives of entrepreneurs.
