Alliance Healthcare Group France announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Pharmavance Group.

Present across the entire healthcare supply chain through its various entities, Alliance Healthcare Group France provides a wide-ranging and unique set of healthcare solutions for laboratories, pharmacists and patients. Founded in 2005 by two pharmacists, Alexandre and Stéphanie Mergui, Pharmavance Group has almost 480 members throughout France. It offers pharmacists three types of service depending on their needs: Pharmavance, a branded solution with a comprehensive service package, PharmaFrance, a branded solution with customizable services and Pharma’Gen, a basic service offering.

Pharmavance Group also offers strong partnerships, full support from the very start of the pharmacy acquisition project, and several exclusive brands with over 300 products designed to boost point-of-sale profitability. Thanks to this strategic merger, which will strengthen the Alphega Pharmacy network, Alliance Healthcare Group France will represent more than 1,200 pharmacies in France and offer over 600 private-label products.

The group thus reaffirms its consolidation strategy, centered on actively supporting pharmacies and improving sales performance, ensuring pharmacists' independence, and saving them time, while respecting the uniqueness of each pharmacy and tailoring the offering to their needs.
